Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the ClearSkinRX website and your purchases, including the ClearSkin Care Subscription and non-prescription products.

What we offer
A recurring ClearSkin Care Subscription billed every 90 days that includes a virtual consultation and care access during each cycle, including secure messaging access as described below.

Optional non-prescription skincare products available as one-time purchases or on a recurring schedule.

If medically appropriate, a clinician may prescribe treatment. ClearSkinRX does not dispense prescription medication. If a prescription is issued, an independent, licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships the medication. Your payment to ClearSkinRX covers the program services and, if eligible, prescription fulfillment arranged through the dispensing pharmacy.

Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Medical advice is provided only by licensed clinicians during your consultation in the Secure Health Portal.

Eligibility and location
You must be at least 18 and physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed at the time of your consultation. We may verify your location.

Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your information accurate.

Orders and payment
You authorize us to charge the posted prices for the ClearSkin Care Subscription on a 90-day cadence until you cancel.

You authorize us to charge for any non-Rx products you purchase one-time or on the cadence you choose.

ClearSkinRX charges you for the program. You will not receive a separate charge for prescription medication.

If a prescription is issued, an independent, licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships the medication. ClearSkinRX does not dispense prescription medication.

Managing subscriptions
You can manage, skip, pause, or cancel Care or non-Rx subscriptions from your account or by contacting support@clearskinrx.com
 at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge.

Price changes
If subscription prices change, we will notify you at least 14 days before your next charge. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Failed payments
If a payment fails we may reattempt and notify you. If the payment cannot be processed, the subscription may be paused or canceled.

Refunds and cancellations
See our Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns policy. Some charges are not refundable once processed.

Prohibited uses
Do not post or transmit PHI on this website. Do not use the site for unlawful, infringing, or disruptive activities.

Intellectual property
All site content is owned by ClearSkinRX or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

Testimonials and reviews
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and may be edited for length and clarity. Results vary.

Third-party services
We integrate with Shopify, payment and subscription providers, analytics tools, and the Secure Health Portal operated by M & D Integrations. Third parties have their own terms and privacy policies.

Clinical messaging and response times
If included in your Care Subscription, you may send secure messages to your clinician through the Secure Health Portal during your active subscription cycle. Messaging is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Response times vary based on clinician availability and message volume.

Prescription duration and renewals
Prescriptions are issued at the clinician’s discretion and are subject to state laws, pharmacy policies, and clinical appropriateness. Many prescriptions may be written with an expiration date up to 12 months, but this varies and is not guaranteed. If you need a renewal, your clinician may require a follow-up evaluation before issuing refills or a new prescription.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSkinRX and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In all cases our total liability related to the site will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Care Subscription and non-Rx purchases in the six months before the claim.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ClearSkinRX for claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates apply when posted.
