Care Subscription (every 90 days)

Enrollment: You may subscribe to ClearSkin Care, which includes a virtual consultation and care access every 90 days.

Billing cadence: We bill your saved payment method every 90 days at the price shown at checkout.

Manage or cancel: Pause, skip, or cancel up to 48 hours before the next charge from your account or by emailing support@clearskinrx.com.

What is included: Clinical evaluation and care access per cycle. Medication is not sold on this site. If a prescription is appropriate, an independent pharmacy handles fulfillment and billing.

Failed payments: We will send a reminder and retry. If payment cannot be processed, the subscription may be paused or canceled.

Price changes: If prices change, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

Non-Prescription Product Subscriptions (optional)

Eligible non-Rx items can be purchased one-time or on a schedule you choose.

Manage or cancel: Pause, skip, or cancel up to 48 hours before the next charge.

Refunds: Charges that have processed are not refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
