Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns — ClearSkinRX

ClearSkinRX (prescription component, billed every 90 days)
Billing: ClearSkinRX is billed once every 90 days at enrollment and on each renewal until canceled. This billing schedule may change in the future, and any changes will be communicated before they take effect.

Manage or cancel: You can cancel, pause, or skip up to 48 hours before your next renewal from your account or by emailing support@clearskinrx.com.

Prescription approval and refunds: A prescription is not guaranteed and requires clinician approval. If your clinician determines ClearSkinRX is not appropriate, we will refund the ClearSkinRX portion of your order to your original payment method. Processing times vary by provider.

Prescription duration: Prescriptions are issued at the clinician’s discretion and may be written with an expiration date up to 12 months. This varies by state law, pharmacy policies, and clinical appropriateness, and is not guaranteed.

If you are not happy: If you are not satisfied with your ClearSkinRX experience, email support@clearskinrx.com and we will work with you to make it right. Because clinical services are involved, refunds for completed clinical care are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-prescription products
Standalone purchases: Non-prescription items can be purchased on their own or added to a subscription where offered.

Returns: Unopened and unused non-prescription items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Used products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used non-prescription products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to start a return: Email support@clearskinrx.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Rx subscriptions: If you subscribe to eligible non-prescription items, you can manage, skip, pause, or cancel up to 48 hours before the next charge. Processed subscription charges are generally not refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

Prescription medication
ClearSkinRX does not dispense prescription medication. If a prescription is issued, an independent, licensed pharmacy dispenses and ships the medication. Prescription medication is generally not returnable except as required by law.

How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution.
